Shivanasamudra (or Shivasamudram) is a small town in southern Karnataka, India near Mysore. Near the town is the famous Shivanasamudram waterfall. The Kaveri River splits here into two branches and each branch cascades down rocky cliffs. The more popularly viewed cascade is known as Gaganachukki and the other cascade is known as Bharachukki.
Talakad - Talakad is a small town on the left bank of the Cauvery River. The main attraction at this place is the 4th century temple of Lord Kirti Narayana, also known as the Vaideshwara temple.
How to Reach - Bangalore – Mysore road or Kanakapura road. If you are taking Mysore road, you need to turn left at Maddur and drive some distance. On Kanakapura road, keep driving for around 120 kms on the highway. Shivanasamudra is very close to the highway. Kanakapura road is usually devoid of much traffic and is preferred way for driving. The roads are not very good and it may require 3 hours to cover the distance.

Ooty
Botanical Garden - This garden has wide variety of plants and include Italian and Japanese sections. Here you can find different types of roses, imported shrubs, rare flowering plants, eucalyptus trees and several old trees. A highlight of this garden is the fossilized tree trunk, about 20 million years old.
Rose Gaden - This is a rose garden with more than 2500 varieties of roses.
Doddabetta peak - At a hight of 2623 meters above sea level, this
is the highest peak of Nilgiris hills and it is the junction of the Western and Estern Ghats. It is located at a distance of 13 Kms from Ooty.
Ooty Lake - It is about 2.5-km-long. The Ooty Lake is a place worth visiting, where you can go for boating and fishing.
Coonoor - It is located in an area of 13.2 sq on the way from Coimbatore to Ooty(Udhagamandalam). It is second largest hill station in the Nigiris.

Trip to Muzhappilangad beach
Muzhappilangad Beach is a drive-in beach in the state of Kerala in southwestern India. The beach is about 5 km long . The beach is bordered by black rocks, which also protect it from the stronger currents of the ocean.
How to Reach - There is an unpaved road winding through coconut groves leading to the beach. To get to this road, if you are driving from Tellicherry towards Kannur, take the left turn just
before the first railway crossing you encounter after crossing
the Moidu bridge.

Trip to Hyderabad
Charminar - It is a magnificent square edifice of granite, built upon four grand arches facing North, South, East and West. These arches support two floors of rooms and gallery of archways. At each corner of the square structure is a minaret rising to a height of 24 meters, making the building nearly 54 meters tall. It is these four (char) minarets (minar) that give the building, its name ‘Charminar’. Each minar stands on a lotus-leaf base, a special recurrent motif in Qutub Shahi buildings.
Golconda Fort - Founded originally by the Kakatiyas in the year 1140, Golconda was expanded by the Qutub Shahi kings into a massive fort of granite with walls and ramparts extending to a length of 5km in circumference. Famous features of Golconda include its system of acoustics, palaces, factories, the water supply system.
Ramoji Film City - This well planned city has a everything that making of a movie can need, from waterfalls to lakes and form hospitals to schools.
Hussain Sagar - Hussain Sagar connects the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The well laid out Lumbini Park in the Buddha Purnima Project has a musical fountain. From the midst of the calm clear waters of the Hussain Sagar emerges a 16m tall, 350 tonne statue of Lord Buddha. The statue of Lord Buddha is placed on a huge rock in the middle of the lake.
