Trip to BanyanTree

This Banyan tree is a 400 year old tree that seems to have reached the end of its life span. With thousands of roots spread out, the tree covers an area of three acres.
How to reach - Drive on Mysore Road beyond Kengeri, take a deviation to the right at Kumbalagod junction and proceed for seven kms. If approaching from Magadi Road, turn left at a spot with a clear indication between Tavarekere and Chennenahalli, and continue for about six kms

Trip to Nandi Hills

60 kms north of Bangalore is the summer resort called Nandi Hills. Also known as Nandidurga, it was one of the summer retreats of Tipu Sultan. Nandi Hills was popular with the British too who built bungalows and laid out gardens here.
How to Reach - Bangalore to Nandi Hills directions-> From Hebbal flyover take NH7 and then turn right to Devanahalli after about 30 km.From there go till BIAL airport and then take a left diversion at the entry of Chikballapur.The left diversion is too easy to miss since there is no signboard in English.Look out for mount view resorts board .Only when you turn left there is a board ten meters ahead which says Nandi Hills 22 Km.

Trip to Munnar

Rajamala - The natural habitat of the Niligiri tahr , Rajamala is 2695 m above sea level. Kurinji flowers, which bloom all over the hills once in 12 years, draping the grassy hills, as far as the eye can see, with blue flowers, attract thousands of tourists.
Echo Point - This scenic place gets its name from the natural echo phenominon here. Echo point is on the way to Top Station from Munnar.
